Refund Policy

1. Services
At Glitz Salon, we strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know immediately.
We generally do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with the results, please contact the salon manager within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to rectify the situation, which may include a complimentary redo of the service.
2. Products
We will gladly accept returns for salon products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Booking Deposits
Deposits paid for appointments are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
