Refund Policy

1. Services
At Glitz Salon, we strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know immediately.
We generally do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with the results, please contact the salon manager within 48 hours of your Service. We will do our best to rectify the situation, which may include a complimentary redo of the service.
2. Products
We do not accept returns or exchange for salon products for health and hygiene reasons.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Multiple Offers and Discounts
Multiple offers and discounts cannot be combined or availed together.
5. Booking Deposits
Booking Deposits paid for appointments/packages are non-refundable.
6. Membership Packages
All membership packages, once purchased, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
