1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Glitz Salon ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Glitz Salon website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
• We will make every effort to provide our service at the scheduled time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Services and Pricing

Prices for services, membership tiers, and applicable membership discounts are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or membership plan, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion without prior notice. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance. Membership discounts cannot be combined or clubbed with any other service offers, promotional discounts, or package deals. Membership is branch exclusive and cannot be transferred or availed at any other branch or location.

4. Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation and also prior to initiation of service.

5. Booking Deposits

Deposits paid for appointments/packages are non-refundable.
